Jewelry and Judaica items can be ordered in 14k or 18k gold or sterling silver, and set with gemstones or semi-precious stones, depending on your choice (subject to availability). Wooden items can be left in their natural color, or stained to a specific color. The text and size of Hebrew or other lettering can be specified. Your suggestions are welcome, and I will be pleased to produce any special piece that you may require.

Payment can be made by credit card or credit transfer.

Credit Card Payment

Payment can be made with Visa, Mastercard, Diners and American Express credit cards.
To order by credit card, click on the Add to shopping cart button next to the jewell of your choice and this will transfer you to the shopping cart system. After selecting all the items you want to purchase, press the Proceed to checkout button which will bring you to the checkout section of our site. The checkout software runs in Secure Mode on your browser, using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) to encrypt sensitive data such as credit card numbers. You will be given a choice of continuing with your shopping or 'checking out'. After filling your personal and payment data, press the Continue with order button where you will be switched to Secure Mode in order to collect your shipping and billing information. I will confirm your order by e-mail.
All prices for credit card transactions are listed in Dollars. If you use a non-US credit card, your bank will automatically convert to your home currency based on the current exchange rate.

Credit card orders require providing me both with your billing and shipping addresses. When shopping at SarahJudaica.com your credit card information will be protected. As an additional security there is the aforesaid requirement to ward off any opportunity of fraud.

Delivery

Jewellery and all my Judaica artpieces will normally take 2 - 4 weeks to complete depending on my current workload (this is a general estimate, in most cases the jewellery can be completed in less than a week).
Please note: the making of some composite models is a longer and more delicate operation and this may affect delivery time. The price includes a gift box, cleaning & storage instructions, as well as airmail delivery to any country world-wide. Please include your full postal address, fax number or/and e-mail address (or telephone number if you do not have e-mail capabilities) along with your order. If you have paid by credit card, your card will be billed when your jewellery is ready to be delivered.
Your purchase is handed in with a notice of delivery.

After your jewellery is custom manufactured according to your selections (7 - 14 days), it will be shipped, and should arrive to you 9-15 days after shipment. Mostly I use fully insured registered mail to send my orders.  You can feel safe knowing your package will arrive on time and intact. Please expect 7 - 14 working days normal delivery time excluding shipment time, but possibly longer during "high sales seasons", i.e. Christmas, Valentine's Day, etc. In special cases I use also delivery service EMS - it will incur in extra costs, but takes only 4 - 5 days.
